Backup MX

Backup MX services are for when you are running a mail server and you want to ensure you don't lose mail during unexpected downtime. Almost nothing is more embarrassing than losing or bouncing mail, and Backup MX prevents that.

If your mail server goes down or is inaccessible from the internet due to connectivity failures, our backup MX services will queue your e-mail messages automatically until your mail server comes back online.

Never lose an e-mail again because of server downtime, power outages, loss of internet connectivity or natural disasters such as: hurricanes, earthquakes, wild fires and floods.

Note:
If your server is online and receiving requests but is not configured correctly then those messages that are not processed correctly or are rejected by your server will not be queued.
